Professor Nuno Nunes and Valentina Nisi were present at “Go Portugal” event, between the 15th and 16th of February. This event determines the start of a new program between Portugal, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), The University of Texas in Austin and Carnegie Mellon University. The program renewal will extend for 10 years, involving a budget of 70 Million EUR until 2023. Nuno Nunes (M-ITI / Técnico U. Lisboa) is the new co-director of the Carnegie Mellon Portugal international partnership, and on phase III, the goal is to promote the science-industry relation as changing factors, with special focus on the research of information and communication technologies, for social and economic impact.
