The President of the Portuguese Republic, Professor Dr. Aníbal Cavaco Silva, made an official visit to M-ITI, together with the president of the Regional Government, Dr. Miguel Albuquerque, other members of the government, the Rector of University of Madeira, Professor José Carmo, and several other high profile personalities.
The visitors were received with a performance of Tuna D’Elas academic band, before proceeding to the presentations of neuroRehab Lab’ RehabCity project; product line developed with partner FactorEnergia; partner CGI’s Design Lab; SmartSolar project; PRSMA spinoff; SINAIS project; 3D Vision project with partner Awaiba; and the ERAChair laboratory.
